proud to introduce the next generation .... Eagle II
and its many benefits that give you the confidence
of accurate vehicle tracking and speed readings. The
Eagle II is offered in four models with different
features and options to fit your needs, including
the Directional Golden Eagle, Golden Eagle, Eagle
Plus and Eagle. The Eagle II series has been
fully tested and approved by the IACP.

New innovative antenna technology for improved
performance— With new shielding and antenna
design, you can now operate more reliably in
high-interference environments. Radio towers and
patrol cars with mobile computers are no longer a
problem. It virtually eliminates shadowing and
ghosting. The improved range holds target signal
readings consistently, including weak signals in
fastest mode.
Verify you have the right target, even in
heavy same direction traffic— With new DSP
software and a new antenna design, the same
direction fastest vehicle mode is a new feature of
modern traffic directional radar that allows the
operator to monitor not only the strongest signal
but also the fastest same direction speed.
Simple, easy operation with less controls—
For Ka-band models, you no longer need to press a
slower button to verify a slower target while in
same direction mode...it automatically tells you
when a target is slower.
Take the guesswork out of fastest vehicle
tracking— The improved Fastest Vehicle Tracking
mode allows the unit to consistently monitor the
fastest vehicle in a multi-lane high-traffic
situation while still tracking the strongest signal
speed.
Intuitive radar that learns the driver's
habits and eliminates shadowing and combining,
making your job easier— The Eagle II monitors
the patrol speedometer and directs the DSP to search
for patrol speed around this known speed. What makes
the Eagle II unique is the SMART Patrol Search
feature that makes your speed readings more accurate
by eliminating patrol speed combining and shadowing
even when the TruTrak feature is not being used.
Using the HOLD switch, the operator can correct the
unit if an improper patrol speed is detected. This
directs the unit to look for patrol speed in another
area then narrows the search window. When the unit
comes out of HOLD, it finds the patrol speed quickly
preventing combined speed readings.
